Ramsey Electronics, the FORMER maker of all kinds of neat electronics kits has changed their business strategy and no longer makes consumer electronics.  I guess the business just wasn't very lucrative.  They left a good explanation of why they dropped the business here:  http://www.ramseyelectronics.com/legacy.htm

Amazon apparently is selling all their old stock while it lasts.  Search for "Ramsey Electronics kits"


However, it's not all gloom and doom.   Tindie is a cool site that sells all kinds of kits.  https://www.tindie.com/
