Then perhaps this sentence,

    "I think we can dismiss them permanently on inspection.
    ("secure cloud" is an oxymoron.)"

can be altered to be

    "They should be dismissed permanently on inspection.
    ("secure cloud" is an oxymoron.)"

to meet your criteria.
