Ah, you're looking to donate old gear rather than recycle it. I misunderstood. Apologies. And good luck - I have tried in the past to donate computers to grade school students who did not have them, including attempting to help an Eagle Scout candidate collect old PCs, refurbish them, and install Linux for his project. Unfortunately, the organization that helped our local school district had "minimum standards" that required Windows.
