[PLUG] What to run on a beefy box |
So I have this pretty beefy machine in our lab (running one OS – Ubuntu 16.04), and I need some ideas on what to run on it (open source): root@linux:~# free -m total used free shared buff/cache available Mem: 62083 424 59152 17 2506 59792 Swap: 5419 0 5419 root@linux:~# cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep processor | wc -l 80 I want a real workload that doesn’t necessarily depend on I/O. I was thinking of some sort of tensorflow workload, or maybe chucking some new graphing database on it and loading a few tb of datapoints. Ideas? --- Andrew Wojnarek | Sr. Systems Engineer | ATS Group, LLC |
