Brent, I suspect on-site is necessary. I fear the worst: RAID array blew up and restoring from backups is probably necessary. This place is pretty corporate and I have no idea what their remote security requirements might be. I have Lee's response and another who can go on-site. I plan to call the customer at 9AM to work out logistics. Thanks to PLUG for helping to find talent who can service those in need!
