George, I was glad to see so much interest in this subject and there were some great questions but I think you should go first next time that way you don't have to be rushed.  Audacity is really much more of an audio tool than the complete production setup I was going over.  After you, I can focus on Jack and how that is configured and used.

Thanks to everyone that came out to PLUG Central for these talks.  I was really pleasantly surprised by the interest.  You all made this that much more enjoyable to present because it is not something I get to talk about normally.

That came out wrong -- Keith had 50 minutes of smooth presentation on
Ubuntu Studio, Muse, and Ardour.

I followed on his coat tails with 5 awkward minutes on Audacity, using 
Keith's screen to show Audacity, and micing my tinny laptop speakers 
for sound.
