I don't know whether it's possible if by "Lightning" you mean a calendar
stored on the computer's hard drive. If instead you set up a calendar
on a CalDAV server (either on your own server, or provided by zoho for
example) then your desktop and android calendars will always be in sync.
To sync your Android calendar with CalDAV you need an addon. DAVDroid
is on F-Droid, so no Moogle. Unfortunately they've made it incompatible
with the version of Android (4.2) on my phone, hopefully you've got
something newer.
