Putting aside 4k support over HDMI... I would go that route if the monitors had speakers (I like having multiple speaker path)s and / or I'm running resolutions below 4k.  However, if you're running 3 4k monitor at 4k then DP or DVI might be better.  I've heard there are less video sync issues with those interfaces.

Subject: [PLUG] 3 MOnitor Video Hardware

I'm getting ready to build my new system, and I am asking for
recommendation for Video interface hardware.   (e.g.: what types of
connectors).
As of now, I'm not worried about nVidia/AMD or any specific graphics cards.

My requirements are:
 - THREE 4K Monitors
 - No heavy graphics or video

Should I go with ?
 - HDMI
 - DVI
 - DisplayPort

I would appreciate suggestions from the list.

TIA!
