Re: [PLUG] [SECURITY] [DSA 4371-1] apt security update

These are the advisories for ubuntu:

https://usn.ubuntu.com/3863-2/
https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-security/cve/2019/CVE-2019-3462.html?_ga=2.203824080.1510242573.1548188379-746459095.1548188379

I ran "sudo apt-get update" and "sudo apt-get upgrade" on my linux subsystem for windows to test this, and it does look like it pushed out a patch for apt.  Unfortunately my work computer is Windows.

It seems apt can be compromised, and a manual update is needed the next automatic update. Ubuntu should also have a similar advisory.
