Despite the bizarre headline, the author seems to have liked it. He
doesn't mention it in the article, but one of the commenters says it
costs £8.39 in the App Store. It's been a few years since I've used
Win10, but at the time the plain vanilla ubuntu-based WSL was
free. It's not clear from the article you'd pick this paid version
instead.
