[PLUG] Speaker needed for West on Monday

We still need a speaker for West on Monday. Last night Charlie said he
might be interested, but I don't recall what his topic was.

We've also got spots open at North and West next month. FOSSCON is
coming soon and these would make a great chance to fine-tune your
talks!
