[PLUG] server for sale, make me an offer

I have a gen 7 hp proliant dl385 I can't use in my apartment because it made the circuit breaker in the basement flip. I has two 12 core opteron 2.4 ghz processors and 32 gigs of ram.  I'll include 3 160 gig hard drives and one 100 gig ssd with sleds, and the license key for a 2 processor windows 10 professional vm I was running on it.  I had centos and kvm on it so the license is valid for a 2 processor kvm vm.  I know you can run vmware esxi on this box too, but only up to 6.5 I think.  My girlfriend wants me to get rid of it.  Please make me a fair offer.  Must be strong enough to carry down 4 flights of stairs, it weighs about 40 lbs.
