Great question, esp as I don't use it.
A little duckduckgo-ing produced text:
"To remediate this vulnerability, Exim must be updated to version 4.92."
Even if Exim is not involved, would it hurt to make sure it's current?
Shodan estimates the vuln affects 4M servers.
Someone who actually uses the setup will soon answer the question correctly.
