[PLUG] Topics for North

We still don't have a speaker lined up. I've got 2 ideas for
last-minute topics. First, I could do my "Remedial Math for
Programmers" talk that I did at FOSSCON in August.

Second, I just started a new job where I've got a Linux desktop for
the first time in my career. I could run an informal discussion on
open source options to replace apps I'm used to in macOS and Windows.

Any thoughts?
