[PLUG] Looking for a Music App for Hard of Hearing

I've got a pretty significant hearing loss in one ear, and now am
starting to suffer from age-related hearing loss.  When I listen to
music with ear buds on my android phone, I hear fine through one ear,
but the other is muffled because my hearing loss is more severe at
certain frequencies than others.

I'm looking for an app that can compensate for frequency response and
loudness in each ear separately.  Ideally, I want a graphic equalizer
that is separate for each ear so that when I play music, it compensates
for the losses I have at the specific frequencies I have.  I would use
some type of white noise generator to set the individual frequency
responses for each ear.

Anybody know of such an app?

TIA!
