Meeting organizers are re-using the same ids for sequences of meetings, and these meeting ids are being sent, and re-sent through insecure channels

This is a really tough one to get around. For example, with recovery programs... a fair amount of the attendees are not tech savvy, and it has been a struggle to get them to be able to join with even just one link, with the password embedded. Plus, the meetings have to be posted on a publicly accessible website. Sometimes, there's no viable way to avoid being a sitting target.

Then again, the same is true for in-person recovery meetings. Randos can show up and start ranting about crazy shit there too, so we've been organizationally dealing with trolls for over half a century!
