[PLUG] permanently disabling multicast ubuntu 20.04

$ sudo /sbin/ifconfig wlp5s0 -multicast

I want to lock down ports on my ubuntu laptop.  I noticed it has multicast enabled by default and I don't need it for any reason.  I disabled it with ifconfig, but I am not sure how to make this permanent.  Can someone please help?
