[PLUG] APOLOGY

I'm just now going through emails. I want to apologize to the group. I have a seasonal component to my Bipolar 1, and a few weeks ago things went bad. I had to be admitted for a couple days at the VA to get it under control. This seems to happen at the change of every season, usually preceding the actual season change by almost a month, it seems. By my records this will happen again around February.
