Re: [PLUG] python is 30

Odd coincidence - a couple of weeks ago I learned that Python was not named for a certain variety of snake.

It was because of this tweet I saw from Guido van Rossum to Eric Idle:

Hi @Ericidle, author of said "Python" software. It's open source which
means it's free. It's been 31 years since I chose the name and I'm still a fan
of your work! It's "very nice". Many folks working with me in the early days
shared my appreciation.

Not A Python snake... Monty Python!

“Alright, but apart from the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads,
the fresh-water system, and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?”

Bwahaha!
