First order of business is check your router (if any) and see whether you need to turn on port forwarding in there. Second order of business is checking different ports (with netcat or whatever) to see which ports are blocked incoming. Port 80 is a good blocking candidate, but what about random ports? If you can reach no ports it probably isn't port blocking. Portn 443 is actually more useful than 80 now that you can get free certificates from letsencrypt.
