I've always wondered if it could be Lojban. Courts should not have inexact language, and they should not exclusively use the spoken word. They are also stacked against introverts and the socially unprepared, but that's a separate rant. - I see LibreOffice mostly supports Frisian (Frysk). It's a language I'm developing lessons for as I go. I didn't realize there was dictionary support, I'll put that on my tools list. As a further aside, I got to listen to some Scots recently. That's another language that needs some love.
