[PLUG] Speakers for March

Hi all,

February's a short month and the March meeting of PLUG Central is just
one week from today. PLUG North is just 6 days later, or 3 weeks from
yesterday.

I've seen some interest in people doing talks, both in some recent
meetings and in the IRC channel. If you'd like to make it official,
let me know and I'll get you on the schedule.
