[PLUG] Blog: An open-source COBOL contender emerges

Interesting article. We've talked about COBOL before, and I've briefly played with using GnuCOBOL to compile my (really) old code, but I failed. Or rather, I got some stuff to compile, but it segfaults when I try to run. But GnuCOBOL translates to C and then compiles that. `gcobol` is to be a fully open-source COBOL compiler.
