[PLUG] Perl 5.36 released

Hi all,

The latest production version of Perl, version 5.36, was released on
Friday. If you haven't been following Perl development lately, a new
major release of Perl has come out every spring around this time since
2010. This has been a particularly big year for Perl, both because of
a number of very cool new features [1] as well as some major internal
changes to how the project is run.

Ricardo Signes, one of the members of the new Perl Steering Committee,
has a great review of everything that's new in 5.36 in his blog [2].
