The first thing I'd do is try to get to the bottom of what's wrong. I 
assume you've already done some of the regular troubleshoot steps like a 
power cycle and re-seating the SD card. A Pi can be vulnerable to power 
fluctuations from a flaky or failing power supply, so I'd also try a 
different power supply, and also try it without any of the external 
drives plugged in. Plug in an HDMI monitor and see if you get any output 
on the display. The SD card could have worn out, so if you have a USB 
drive or other SD card or some way, you can try booting from another 
source. Maybe even try another network cable.

As Rich said, probably you're using mdadm (which should make recovery 
pretty easy) but if you have some details about what system you used to 
install or configure your RAID array, that could give some clues about 
your recovery options.
