Re: [PLUG] Email Encryption Problem

Zeroth: your reply-to address returns "User Uknown".

First: don't bother with a self-signed certificate. Lots of large
email operations won't accept them any more. As long as you're
going through the pain of doing this, you might as well use a
real cert.

Second: the traffic you see in your logs from about 3:30 PM EDT today
is me, trying to figure out what's broken.

Third: I ran the OpenSSL command that you posted (and that command
appears correct ot me). The last bit of output was:

-----------------------------------------------------------------
SSL-Session:
    Protocol : TLSv1.3
    Cipher : TLS_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256
    Session-ID:
    Session-ID-ctx:
    Master-Key:
    Start Time: 1724960005
    Timeout : 7200 (sec)
Verify return code: 18 (self signed certificate)
---
250 CHUNKING
read R BLOCK
read:errno=0
-----------------------------------------------------------------

But per this:

"read R BLOCK" error on s_client when TLS1.3 is enabled #3649
	https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/3649

It seems that this is not actually an error.

Fourth: see if you can send a message (through that system) to me.
I'll try to find it in the logs and see if anything useful shows up.
And meanwhile, please fix your reply-to address so that we can move
this conversation off-list.
