And Android can't be meaningfully updated unless it's supported by the
OEM or an AOSP project.

So the sample Forbes headline would be "US Government orders you to
destroy all old Android phones!!!!!11!!!".

I'm unhappy with the style, rather than the substance. CVEs need more
attention, that's true. Forbes clickbait screaming isn't doing it,
IMO.
