I can't be 100% sure.  The code is on GitHub 
https://github.com/jetkvm/kvm), but if somebody really wanted to spy on 
me, I doubt if I personally have the skills to detect it.

I'm using it strictly internally for my home network, so no worries for 
me.  But I think your concern in warranted.
