After I replaced the battery on my laptop, I called the Staples store at
Gateway Shopping Center in Wayne to confirm that they would accept an old
laptop battery for recycling. When I went to the store, the employee tried
to feed me some baloney that the battery could not be accepted for
recycling because it was bulging (it was not; I replaced it because its
ability to hold a charge had dropped). Needless to say, I didn't buy what I
planned to buy after dropping off the battery, and Staples has lost a
customer.
That said, I now have a laptop battery that needs to be recycled. Any
suggestions on where I can take it? Thank you very much.
Regards
- Bhaskar
