I'm not sure I understand how the radio signals are being generated.  Is it from the microphone's moving voicecoil in a magnetic field, or something else?

But it seems to me that enclosing the laptop in a Faraday cage would solve this problem.  Such a cage could be built-in to the laptop at manufacture.

... or you can just wrap your head with aluminum foil <grin>
