There's an incredible amount of stuff and much of it is well-curated (with work steadily being done on the rest). If you go, I recommend: An Poitin Stil (Timonium), Irish pub BC Brewery (Cockeysville), brewpub Bagel Works (Cockeysville), breakfast Barrett's Grill (Hunt Valley), American, crabcakes Coal Fire (Hunt Valley), pizza, pasta Cuvino Trattoria (Timonium), Italian First Choice Chinese (Cockeysville), Chinese Fusion (Cockeysville), Asian/sushi Greene Turtle (Hunt Valley), sports bar, beer Iron Rooster (Hunt Valley), breakfast Liberatore's Ristorante (Timonium), Italian Pappas (Cockeysville), sports bar, beer, crabcakes Roma's Cafe (Cockeysville), Italian Sammy's Trattoria (Hunt Valley), Italian, bar Umi Sake (Cockeysville), Japanese Vito's Ristorante (Cockeysville), Italian, pricey, worth it All of these are 5-10 minutes from the museum. Check their web sites; reservations are a good idea at some of them, e.g., Vito's. Most can do takeout, some can do delivery. If none of these work for you, there are dozens more restaurants in the same area. If you really want to go over the top: the Milton Inn in Sparks is quite expensive and so old that it had resident ghosts by the Revolutionary War. ;) You'll need civilized clothes and a reservation. ---rsk ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
