[tcptra-dev] Where to get libnet?

I've been trying to compile the 1.5 beta on a suse 9.3 distro and it 
cannot find libnet.  Where do I get it from?

The only libnet I can find is the libnet project on sourceforge.  When I 
tired to use it tcptraceroute complained it could not find the version 
of libnet.

Please someone help me.
