Terminate and I think.... telix? Were decent dos based modem
proggys. I used terminate quite a bit on local BBS's a while back. 
There used to be a ton. Oh... RipTerm! Dude, I havent thought of that
program in years. Hm, too bad I cleaned out my software graveyard last
time I moved.
