KDE2 is not part of potato (stable)

You will either need to upgrade to testing/unstable or download the
packages manually from http://ftp.lug.udel.edu/debian/pool/main/k/

You probably want at least kdebase and a few others...i have basically the
full suite installed (under unstable):
