Hmm, maybe I was just in a hurry then.  I've checked the website a few
times and not seen the 7.3 update.  But I see it's listed now.  It may
be that they recently started making them available again, as I skipped
over 7.2 and didn't purchase it.

It's good to know they are selling them again.
