Cavalier Telephone used to be part of Conectiv.  Conectiv, for those
that don't know, is the combination of two power companies: Delmarva
Power and Light - and Atlantic Electric.  They had a lot of excess 
bandwidth and decided to go into the phone business.  It's a LOT less
profitable than electricity so they sold it to Cavalier.
