[PLUG] How do you set a NIC to only be 10mbs in Linux?

Title: How do you set a NIC to only be 10mbs in Linux?

I initially tried setting the txqueuelen to be 10 instead of 100, but that didn't seem to make any difference.

I'm having a problem, and I want to force the card into 10mbs mode.
