Yes. And, just to add a quick point to this, There is no reason a casual user/small business/large business/ can't afford a VPS solution at Tektonic.net <http://Tektonic.net> or another provider for $15 a month and get a static IP, forward and reverse DNS, setup their own authoritative DNS and act as a professional mail entity on the Internet. There really is no excuse these days to doing it the right way the first time around.

EXCEPT that it's another $15 a month that I don't want to have to spend. Call me a cheap bastard. Go ahead.
