So I giggled after I asked the list and came up with:

APC - http://www.apc.com/tools/ups_selector/index.cfm
I cheated here and claimed that I was using a VIA desktop.

If you want to do the math yourself (probably what I will do)

In case anyone knows off the top of his/her head what 4 low power
devices (well, 2 are wireless) need, please tell me.
