[PLUG] SIP(VOIP) inbound suddenly fails on Verizon Business FiOS

All my inbound FIOS lines have quit working.

I have Verizon FIOS, not using any Verizon router, just my Linux firewall
and Asterisk box at internal IP 10.24.1.5

I can do a SIP invite to my external IP 71... , and it appears to work. Am I doing
this correctly ?

Of course the SIP vendor "Vitelity" claims that SIP Invite UDP packets are
seen leaving their firewall, so it's not their problem.

I've called Verizon, and they claim that no Business FIOS connections are filtered
and they haven't make any peering changes. Yes I can ping Vitelty just fine, but
their SIP invite messages don't even show up in my firewall logs, ( and the above
sipsak invites to my external IP DO SHOW UP in firewall logs.

So as far as I can tell the packets are getting lost on the Intenet ... But
neither Vitelity or Verizon are finding the problem. Any ideas ?

Also, internal SIP phones connected to Asterisk work correctly , and the POTS
trunk from the Verizon ONT also works correctly , so Asterisk isn't having
any problems as far as I see.
