Our speaker for next week's West meeting (Mon, Nov 16) has had some
potential work-related conflicts come up. So, we're putting out the call
for a speaker for next week's meeting. Anyone?

I can give _bash 101_ or _Revision Control for the Rest of Us_ (See
slides in http://www.jpsdomain.org/public/), whichever...

I was looking forward to the _3D Printer_ talk though, I hope we can
reschedule.

Keith and Mike also talked about lightning talks. So what's the verdict for tomorrow night?

I should point out that we'd previously talked about doing some more intro/basic talks for new folks and as a review. That's the target for the bash 101; it's a basic intro to shell scripting. The revision control one is a quick survey of revision control for non-"Real Programmers" and covers git, Bazaar and Mercurial with some background discussion and mentions of etckeeper and meld.

software required to protect Windows from its own poorly designed and
implemented self, while the overhead incidentally flattens Moore's Law.
