What about an analogue to "Circle By Disney"? Is there something like that out there? (It handles Casey's original question about catching people via noconfiguration by way of poisoning the arp caches and catching all outbound traffic before it hits the 'Net.)

Pi-Hole + an arp poisoner would be *awesome* for this sort of thing. (https://pi-hole.net/)
