Apparently the version of PowerShell shipped by default with Windows
is also in "maintenance mode."  This sounds a bit like saying that
we're switching from sh to bash, but we aren't going to include bash
in the base install.

And it sounds like the newer future version of PowerShell isn't
feature-complete?  Did they hire somebody from Google?
