I was looking at the Ambler branch of the Wissahickon Library but they want a non profit status and a certificate of insurance.

https://www.wvpl.org/sites/wvpl.org/files/amb-community-room-application.pdf

Otherwise they would have checked all the boxes
1)free to us (almost)
2)wifi
3) A/V
4) close to major road
5) close to rail

William Jeanes Library in Lafayette Hill near me is asking for insurance as well. https://jeaneslibrary.org/about-us/policies/meeting-room-use-policy/
