[PLUG] Looking for Windows 98 PC

Hi folks,
  Would anyone here happen to have an old desktop PC capable of running 
Windows 98 that they don't want anymore and might want to part with?
I need to run some DOS software for a non-profit, and for... reasons, I 
really need it to be on bare metal. I'm not looking for anything 
specific, just something that works, can run Windows 98 SE, and has a 
serial port for an external modem. Looking for something local, to avoid 
dealing with shipping. I don't have a large budget for this, and don't 
need a lot from it, so something free/cheap would be ideal.
I don't have a car, so pickup in the West Philadelphia/University City 
area would be preferred, but I could potentially pick up via public 
transit if that's nearby.
