I agree.  "Pirating" 40 year old software for obsolete hardware doesn't
strike me as unethical.  But in any event, Eric Lucas pointed me at a
site that has new-old stock of the software, so I ordered it from them.

$22.85 total for what should be pristine disks from a known source is
reasonable, although the ADTPro technique of wiring sound output to the
cassette input of the Apple is pretty clever and would be fun to try.
