I was going to announce this later.  It's now later.

There will be an Avenue of Technology seminar on patents:

    Thursday, March 9
    12 noon to 1 p.m.
    Conference Room A
    ISI, 3501 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104

Conference Room A is where we usually meet for Monger tech meetings.

Derwent Information is a "sister company" of ISI.

I will clean up the notes on PHP a bit next week before I post them.
