Assuming you're not snowed and/or iced in, ISI's not hard to get to.
The easiest way by car is to head east on the Schuylkill. Get off at
the 30th St./Market St. exit, then head a few blocks west on Market.
(You can probably get more detailed directions by following the link
to the map on the now-functional phl.pm page.)
There's metered parking on Market in front of ISI. If those spots are
all full, I can usually find something on the little street behind
ISI. The meters are $0.25 for 15 minutes and need to be fed until 8
pm.
If you opt for public transit, 30th St. Station is a 10-15 minute
walk, and the Market-Frankford line stops right outside.
