What was the problem? Where did you find it?
To answer your other question:
Does TRIZ help find innovative solutions to technical problems? Come to
my talk to find out! Honestly, I'm undecided if it works or not.
Certainly, I can think of common uses of some of the principles, but
that doesn't mean I have to accept the whole thing.
