Hi all,
I've been running the `potato' distribution, and I've recently (past two
days) run into a crippling problem on two different machines. `apt-get
upgrade'
fails midway through, and then many programs fail with this message:
<insert program name here>: error in loading shared libraries
/usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.0-1.so.2: undefined symbol: __register_frame_info
I managed to find some references to this at the Debian mailing list
search engine, but these are recently-posted messages, so the links (as
documented) don't work. Can somebody Debian-savvy please either:
* Tell me what the solution is (preferred), or
* Tell me which package(s) I should downgrade, or
* Tell me where the actual mailing list archive is, so that
I can scan the recent mailing list activity?
Please help. I am desperate, and will buy you a beer tomorrow.
Peace,
* Kurt Starsinic (kstar@isinet.com) ------------------ Technical Specialist *
